Encounter Youth empowers and equips over 500 volunteers of all ages and experiences to successfully manage Schoolies Festival.
The roles for volunteers are diverse and numerous. Encounter Youth manage all aspects of the Schoolies Festival from logistics and bookings, to band management and catering and everything in between. If you have a particular gift or skill we can give you a job to match.
Schoolies volunteers, The GREEN TEAM as they are known, role model how to celebrate and party in a healthy manner to the ‘Schoolies’ at the event. Volunteers receive interactive and engaging training from the experienced Encounter Youth team.
