General Terms and Conditions
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Competition. The Terms and Conditions governing the competition include these General Terms and Conditions and any instructions relating to the competition on Encounter Youth’s website and social media platforms.
Encounter Youth reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into the competition is free.
Entry Restrictions:
Entry to the competition is open to current Year 12 students in South Australia.
Entrants must be able to substantiate that they are a current Year 12 student (eg. School ID).
Competition Period:
The competition commences on Tuesday 3rd November at 12:00pm ACDT.
The competition ends on Friday 13th November at 16:00pm ACDT.

Maximum Numbers of Entries:
Entrants can only enter once.
Selection of Winner:
Encounter Youth will announce the winning entrants on the Thursday 19th November at 13:00 ACDT. The four winning entrants will be announced at random.
Winners will have until Friday 4th December at 16:00 ACDT to claim their prize by providing a postal address.
Unclaimed Prize Redraw:
In the event that a prize winner is unable to be contacted, the promoter will retain the prize for two (2) months from the date of the draw. If the prize is not claimed within two (2) months of the date of the draw, Encounter Youth will redraw another winner for the unclaimed prize. Redraw prize winners will be notified as set out in these Terms & Conditions.
Prize:
Four Year 12s have the chance to win a set of WHITE WIRELESS EARPODZ (valued at $25) that come with the following specs:

Prize Restrictions:
Encounter Youth will not be responsible for any additional costs associated with the use of the prize. The prize winner is responsible for all costs associated with using the prize. No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Winner Notification:
The prize winners will be notified through an announcement via Encounter Youth social media channels and email (Thursday 19th November at 13:00PM ACDT). The prize will be posted to the winner upon receiving their postal address.
Conditions:
- One entry per person
- Must be an individual not a company or organisation
- Must be a current Year 12 student
- Must be willing to provide postal details to claim prize
Purpose of Collection of Information:
The purpose of collecting this data is to minimise harm to young people by supporting them through the provision of Green Team Volunteers, as they choose to celebrate the completion of High School.
