Educator
Alcohol & Other Drug Program
This role will have a primary focus on delivering our Alcohol & Other Drug education program to secondary students. We are looking for a passionate presenter and professional educator to join our team. The right person will enjoy engaging directly with young people, their parents and teachers, and traveling regionally and interstate, educating school communities.
Our program is also expanding into Digital Wellbeing education in primary schools.
Qualities & Requirements
- Energetic, passionate and engaging
- Experience in public speaking or presentations
- Experience and knowledge of working within an education environment and with young people
- Ability to engage with young people regarding alcohol, other drugs and social issues
- A love for travel and meeting new communities
- Skilled in marketing, promotions, social media, administration and planning
This position is 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours per week).
We are open to discussions regarding part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
