‘Safety at Schoolies’ Seminars (SA Only – Year 12)
In 1999, Encounter Youth began coordinating a community response to encourage school leavers to celebrate safely and minimise the impact on the local Victor Harbor community. What began as a chaotic mass gathering has been transformed into a structured and organised event known today as Schoolies Festival™, Australia’s safest school leavers’ celebration.
This specialised seminar is the complete end-of-year celebration guide! Whether students are planning on celebrating at Schoolies Festival™ or out of town, they’ll be equipped with up-to-date, helpful information necessary for partying safely and responsibly. Given our history we’re confident this seminar will prepare your students for their celebrations no matter the location.
This individual seminar runs for 75 minutes and can accommodate up to 200 students per seminar.
