We’ve put together this handy list of all the things you need to consider when you’re planning your amazing, well-deserved celebrations!

#1 Assemble your squad

WHO you celebrate with is just as important as HOW. Make plans with your besties and get ready to make some memories! Remember there will be tonnes of opportunity to catch up with heaps of different friends and dance the nights away, but it’s best to make plans and stay with your closest mates so you can look after each other.

A 3-day Schoolies Festival™ ticket gets you access to the biggest and best schoolies celebration in the state! We know you’re not all the same, so there’s something for everyone … it’s one of SA’s biggest music festivals but there’s also tonnes of places to chill out on lounges, food, arcade games, a photo booth and more!

#3 Book your accommodation

Do this as soon as you can! There are lots of different places to stay, but some of them fill up FAST. Work out with your mates what kind of accommodation you want…do you want to do the camping-style thing in a caravan park? Or do you want more of a cabin or holiday house kinda vibe? Check out our list of accommodation providers we work alongside and don’t forget to choose somewhere close to the Free Schoolies Festival™ Bus route!

#4 Make travel plans

Headed down to the Fleurieu to celebrate? Did you know you can get there for free? When you buy your ticket you can book a seat on the Free Schoolies Festival™ Bus! How good is that? You can get around for free while you’re down there too, check out the deets here. If that doesn’t work for you, call in a favour from mum/dad/sibling and get dropped down there. Leave your car at home, it’s way safer!
