Schoolies Festival™ Media

The Encounter Youth Schoolies Festival™ site at Victor Harbor is fully enclosed. All media personnel who desire to enter the site will be required to individually apply and be assessed for a media accreditation pass.

Encounter Youth Inc. is an organisation that works with children and young people (persons under 18 years) and therefore has an obligation to provide a safe environment for young people.

As per the South Australian Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017, all media personnel (including but not limited to journalists, camera operators, security guards and photographers) are required to supply a valid Criminal History Document.
