Some of the added perks of staying with a Partner Accommodation Provider like BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks – Port Elliot are the Encounter Youth Green Team Volunteers on site, a dedicated Free Schoolies Festival™ Bus Stop just outside the accommodation and the benefit of having an Accommodation & Festival Ticket wristband—freeing you up from having to have multiple wristbands between accommodation and the Festival.

Accommodation Options
BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks – Port Elliot provides bookings for a maximum of 1,000 Year 12 Students. Accommodation is offered across Powered Sites, Cabins & Holiday Units. Powered sites can take between 4-6 guests, which is great for smaller squads!
The costs below are per person for 3 nights including your 3-Day Schoolies Festival™ 2023 ticket.
- Powered Site (Min 4, Max 6) – $375 per person
- Villas (6 Guests) – $670 per person *must have 6 guests
- Holiday Unit (6 Guests) – $645 per person *must have 6 guests
Payment Option
For the Schoolies Festival™ 2023 Accommodation & Ticket Packages, the payment option is below:
Option: Two Instalments
Application – $49 (+ booking fee) application fee upon completion of the application (refunded if unsuccessful). Opens 14 February 2023.
Full Balance – Total of Schoolies Festival™ 2023 accommodation and ticket package less the $49 application fee- due 2 weeks after application.
Once you pay all of the instalments you will have secured your accommodation for Schoolies Festival™ 2023!
A cash bond will need to be paid on arrival, this will be returned at the end of the weekend unless the site fails to meet the required standard, then the bond will be withheld.
Security, Supervision and First Aid
Guests require a Port Elliot Holiday Park-specific wristband to gain access and no visitors are permitted on site over the duration of the Schoolies Festival™ weekend. BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks – Port Elliot staff will be on site at any given time during the Schoolies Festival™ weekend. First Aid will also be on site providing 24-hour first aid care over the duration of the Festival period.
