Victor Harbor Holiday & Cabin Park
Victor Harbor Holiday and Park is located at 19 Bay Road, Victor Harbor and offers an array of accommodation options ranging from camping sites (unpowered or powered) right up to 6-bed cabins.
There are bookings available for a maximum of 2,004 Year 12 students. Unpowered campsites are 8m x 8m in size and accommodate up to 10 guests per site and powered campsites are 10m x 8m in size and accommodate up to 12 guests per site. If camping isn’t your thing, there are also heaps of other options. If there’s only one person you’re intending on sharing with, there are Granite cabins available with a maximum capacity of 2 guests. Alternatively, the Rosetta cabins accommodate 4 guests and the other cabins will take 6 guests.
Victor Harbor Holiday & Cabin Park is one of our Partner Accommodation Provider again in 2023!
Some of the added perks of staying with a Partner Accommodation Provider like Victor Harbor Holiday & Cabin park are the Encounter Youth Green Team Volunteers on site, a dedicated Free Schoolies Festival™ Bus Stop just outside the accommodation and the benefit of having an Accommodation & Festival Ticket wristband—freeing you up from having to have multiple wristbands between accommodation and the Festival.

Costs below are per person for 3 nights including your 3-day Schoolies Festival™ 2023 ticket.
Please note: a current Year 12 student ID will be required to purchase an Accommodation and Ticket Package.
- Unpowered Site (Min 6, Max 10) – $370 per person
- Powered Site (Min 8, Max 12) – $417 per person
- Murray/Newlands Cabins (6 Guests) – $650 per person *must have 6 guests
- Hindmarsh Cabin (5 Guests) – $650 per person *must have 5 guests
- Yilki, Granite, Coorong and Encounter Cabins (6 Guests) – $629 per person *must have 6 guests
- Granite Cabin (8 guests) – $629 per person *must have 8 guests
- Granite Cabin (5 guests) – $629 per person *must have 5 guests
- 1-bedroom Granite Cabins – $629 per person * must have 2 guests
- Rosetta/Granite Cabins (4 Guests) – $629 per person *must have 4 guests
- Budget Cabins (2 Guests) – $608 per person *must have 2 guests
- Heysen Cabins (8 guests) – $661 per person *must have 8 guests
Payment Option
For the Schoolies Festival™ 2023 Accommodation & Ticket Packages, the payment option is below:
Option: Two Instalments
Application – $49 (+ booking fee) application fee upon completion of the application (refunded if unsuccessful). Opens 14 February 2023.
Full Balance – Total of Schoolies Festival™ 2023 accommodation and ticket package less the $49 application fee- due 2 weeks after application.
Once you pay all of the instalments you will have secured your accommodation for Schoolies Festival™ 2023!
A cash bond will need to be paid on arrival, this will be returned at the end of the weekend unless the site fails to meet the required standard, then the bond will be withheld.
Security, Supervision and First Aid
The accommodation venue is fully enclosed with temporary fencing to limit unauthorised entry. Guests require a Victor Harbor Holiday and Cabin Park-specific wristband to gain access and no visitors are permitted on site over the duration of the Schoolies Festival™ weekend. There will be licensed security guards present to provide 24-hour supervision and Victor Harbor Holiday and Cabin Park staff will be onsite at any given time during the Schoolies Festival™ weekend. St John First Aid will also be on site providing 24-hour first aid care over the duration of the Festival period.
