We understand that all school communities are unique and that some schools may require additional education around specific alcohol or other drug related issues and topics.
Introducing Seminar Electives!
Adjust your booking to suit your school community’s needs by selecting from the following Electives.
Our Standard Program covers age-appropriate content on alcohol, other drugs and social pressures within celebration environments. Our Electives offer 15-minutes of targeted content seamlessly added within our student sessions.
For Senior School students, we offer a Vaping Elective. For Middle School students, you can choose between the Vaping or Digital Wellbeing Elective.
Digital Wellbeing Elective
Available Years 7-9
Screens are woven into young people’s everyday lives, and concern about digital use continues to grow—especially with social media now banned in Australia for those under 16. Research shows that excessive screen use can cause harms comparable to alcohol and other drugs, negatively affecting young people’s developing brains, bodies and mental wellbeing.
That’s why we’ve introduced the Digital Wellbeing Elective. In this elective, middle school students explore how digital devices impact their health and learn practical strategies for building a healthier, more positive relationship with the technology they use every day.
Vaping Elective
Available Years 7-12
Our Vaping Elective is recommended for schools that require a more in-depth approach to Vaping & E-cigarette education.
This elective covers essential information about e-cigarette devices, laws, marketing, ingredients, health impacts of vaping and nicotine’s impact on the developing brain.
Students are equipped and encouraged with strategies to tackle widespread misinformation and where to seek help if they need it.
